Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and your well-being is our priority. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures fairness and flexibility.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, unless in the case of emergencies (reviewed case-by-case).
2. No-Show Policy
If you miss a session without prior notice, the fee will not be refunded.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered if:
A technical error occurred during booking/payment
A session was cancelled by Ayko
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at connect@ayko.in with your full name, booking details, and reason for the request.
